Kerensa Diball and Yuhui Ng-Rodriguez

Kerensa Diball and Yuhui Ng-Rodriguez are Melbourne-based performance-makers who share interests in site, movement practices, daily rituals and the domestic. Kerensa was born in Arnhem Land; Yuhui was born in Singapore. Kerensa investigates the connections between personal histories and broader socio-political contexts; Yuhui attempts to find a connection between space and human, country and citizen, home and inhabitant, body and culture.

Together, they co-created Neighbours (Big West Festival, 2015), a socially-engaged, site-based performance along Nicholson Street in Footscray. They were also commissioned by Melbourne Fringe Festival for its keynote project, Uncommon Places (2015), for which they created a site-specific audio tour If I recall correctly, there were pictures of horses and plastic pot plants. They were artist-facilitators for Museum of Me (Darebin Arts, 2016), an 11-week residency and site-based performance project based in Westgarth Aged Care.
