Julia Drouhin and Pip Stafford

Over the past two years Julia Drouhin and Pip Stafford have worked on four projects together and had one baby each. Now they want to do something BIG, like a city-scale radio acousmonium. Their collective interests lie in radio arts, auditory-spatial practices and the intersection of gender and emergent art forms. In 2013 they worked on Networked Art Forms and Tactical Magick Faerie Circuits (ISEA2013 and Dark Mofo) at Contemporary Art Tasmania and KLAPPERSTEIN Le Placard 24 hour Headphone Festival at MONA between France, Germany, Switzerland, Tasmania and online. In 2014 they collaborated, with Miss Despoinas, on Pataphysical Salon at 146 Artspace, Hobart and I Married a Dead Ice Cream for LABoral (Art Center and Industrial Creation), for which Julia was the curator and Pip an artist. They both live and work in Tasmania.
