Hello

Hello there Next Wave friends!

I’m Erica McCalman one of the new Associate Producers.  I’m super excited to be here and looking forward to working with many amazing people. I have returned to Melbourne after living in Sydney for three years where I was blessed to work with Performance Space, Sydney Festival, Performing Lines, Blackfella Films and Gadigal Information Services on many exciting projects.

We have just finished our second Kickstart intensive weekend where our Kickstarters had the opportunity to meet and learn from visual artist Tony Albert, workshop their projects, get behind the scenes with the creative team for School Dance and even experience what it might be like to be on a grant committee.

You can get a sneak peek at some of their talents this month, with Phuong Ngo , Oscar Perry, I'm Trying to Kiss You and Giselle Stanborough all presenting exhibitions and performances. Read on for all the details!

See you in the foyers,

Erica McCalman
Associate Producer
